Ntech Global Solutions – 100% Job Guarantee Policy

Objective

This Job Guarantee Policy is designed to ensure the employment of every eligible candidate within 180 days (6 months) of receiving the course completion certificate. If a qualifying candidate is not placed within this time frame, Ntech Global Solutions commits to refunding the entire course fee (excluding applicable taxes and external certification exam fees).


Eligibility Criteria for 100% Job Guarantee

1. Course Completion Requirements
  • Candidates must successfully complete the program within 365 days (12 months) from the date of enrollment.
  • Candidates must achieve a minimum of 75% in the final assessment.
  • The final assessment includes:
    • Attendance records
    • Progress in digital learning modules
    • Written technical exam
    • Completion and evaluation of projects
    • Performance in mock interviews
2. Fee Payment

All course fees must be paid in full before the guarantee becomes valid.

3. Post-Placement Liability

Once a student has been successfully placed in an organization, the institution shall not be held responsible for any subsequent developments, including but not limited to termination of employment, dissatisfaction with the job role, or the student's performance within the organization.

4. Interview Process

Our institution shall not be obligated to provide additional placement opportunities if a candidate is rejected after attending three interviews arranged through our placement assistance program.

5. Rejection of Offers

If a student declines a job offer, the institution will not be responsible for arranging any alternative placement opportunities.

6. Notice Regarding Placement Outcomes:

Ntech Global Solutions offers support in identifying job opportunities, guiding students through the application process, and preparing them for interviews. However, it is important to recognize that outcomes such as resume shortlisting, interview invitations, and successful interview performance are solely dependent on the student's capabilities, qualifications, and alignment with the specific job requirements and hiring criteria. Therefore, Ntech does not guarantee job interviews or placement offers.


Additional Terms

  • Placement & Online Learning Mode

    Upon successful job placement—whether through Ntech’s placement cell or independently—all remaining course modules will be shifted to online mode.

  • Offer Acceptance & Termination of Guarantee

    The Job Guarantee ceases immediately once the candidate accepts any job offer, regardless of whether it was secured through Ntech or independently.

  • No Salary Guarantee

    This policy does not guarantee any minimum salary. Compensation depends solely on the candidate’s skills, performance, negotiation, and the employer’s terms.

  • Employment Contractual Terms

    Post-placement, the candidate's job continuity depends on the employment contract. Ntech Global Solutions holds no responsibility for termination or discontinuation after initial placement.

  • Use of Placement Data

    Ntech reserves the right to use the candidate’s placement details, photos, and video testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes across print and digital platforms.

  • Misconduct & Negative Campaigning

    The Job Guarantee is void for candidates who:

    • Engage in adverse or defamatory campaigns against Ntech (as students or alumni)
    • Provide fraudulent or misleading documents
    • Have any criminal background
    • Suffer from mental or physical conditions that render them unfit for employment
  • Academic Qualification Clause

    This Job Guarantee is applicable only to graduates. Students currently enrolled in degree programs will be eligible only after graduating and fulfilling all course completion criteria.
